Hello families,

I am working to put together a holiday gift for Mrs. McGinnity. I'm sorry for the late notice. I've had a family member in the hospital so I am late getting to this. 

If you would like to contribute to the gift, please either send your child with cash in an envelope asking for it to be sent home with Emmett (and give me a heads up that it's coming!) or venmo @skeper. (Chris Skeper, last four digits are 2746) Please make all contributions by next Wednesday, December 17 so that I have time to put the gift together. 

I am planning to mostly get some gift cards to Mrs. McGinnity's favorite places and something for Ms. Bui as well. If anyone has anything specific that they would like to add to the gift - perhaps something related to your work or a specialty of yours - please let me know! 

Mrs. McGinnity filled out a questionnaire so I will be going off this list. I am also going to send Emmett to school with a card for all the kids to sign. 

Hello everyone, 

My name is Randi Skeper and I will be the room parent for Mrs. McGinnity's class this year. Mrs. McGinnity will be sending an email to the class with the following information, as I'm not sure if everyone is connected to the class on Membership Toolkit yet. 

1. Register for Membership Toolkit: This is the only system room parents can use to communicate with the class, so please sign up! Also, this is essential to receiving important information from the PTO and automatically provides everyone with a class directory. If you are aware of families that are missing information, let them know about Membership Toolkit. Please see attached flyer for instructions on how to sign up.
2. Attend a PTO Meeting: Learn about upcoming events and how you can support Killam. The next meeting is 10/21 at 7pm in the Killam library. 

Next Friday and the following (October 17 and 24), Mrs. McGinnity and Mrs. Rice will be joining up to have their 3rd and 1st grade buddies decorate pumpkins together!
