Hi All!

Thank you to everyone’s generous donations, we were able to put together a Merry Swiftmas gift for our Taylor Swift loving teacher! It was delievered this morning. It consists of a small tree with ornaments of all Swift’s albums, a correlating gift card or gift, and a little poem for each of the “12 Days of Swiftmas.“ Attached below are some pictures of the final tree and the little poems.

🥇 Day 1 — Taylor Swift (Debut)

On the first day of Swiftmas my 4th Grade Class gave to me, 13 friendship bracelets to wear with joy and glee.

🥈 Day 2 — Fearless

On the second day of Swiftmas my 4th Grade Class gave to me, a Fearless tiger stuffy- to minimize my stress and keep me happy.

🥉 Day 3 — Speak Now

On the third day of Swiftmas my 4th Grade Class gave to me, a  $50 Paper Store gift card—cause every teacher needs to Speak Now of knick knack luxury.

❤️ Day 4 — Red

On the fourth day of Swiftmas my 4th Grade Class gave to me, a Red $50 Target gift card—for some spending fun that will be guaranteed.

💙 Day 5 — 1989

On the fifth day of Swiftmas my 4th Grade Class gave to me, a 1989 Java Sok- so I can sip in style and keep my cold beverages drip free.

🐍 Day 6 — Reputation

On the sixth day of Swiftmas my 4th Grade Class gave to me, a $50 Lakeshore gift card- to keep up my Reputation and help to boost my teacher creativity.

💗 Day 7 — Lover

On the seventh day of Swiftmas my 4th Grade Class gave to me, a lovely bag of kisses—so I can be as sweet as can be.

🌲 Day 8 — Folklore

On the eighth day of Swiftmas my 4th Grade Class gave to me, a $50 Sephora gift card since Folklore has said pampering can help with serenity. 

🌾 Day 9 — Evermore

On the ninth day of Swiftmas my 4th Grade Class gave to me, a $25 Starbucks gift card- to ensure I am Evermore caffeinated as can be. 

🌙 Day 10 — Midnights

On the tenth day of Swiftmas my 4th Grade Class gave to me, a face mask to wear at Midnight- for glowing and radiant skin for all to see.

📜 Day 11 — Tortured Poets Department

On the eleventh day of Swiftmas my 4th Grade Class gave to me, a $50 Amazon gift card—for a wonderful and poetic spending spree.

✨ Day 12 — Life as a Showgirl

On the twelfth day of Swiftmas my 4th Grade Class gave to me, a $50 Mastercard gift card—so I can sparkle like a showgirl endlessly.

Hello everyone,

I am Alissa Jarmusik and I will be the room parent for Ms. Mead's classroom this year. I wanted to keep you informed of a few things as we start the school year.

1. Register for Membership Toolkit: This is the only system room parents can use to communicate with the class, so please sign up! Also, this is essential to receiving important information from the PTO and automatically provides everyone with a class directory. If you are aware of families that are missing information, let them know about Membership Toolkit. Please see attached flyer for instructions on how to sign up.
2. Attend a PTO Meeting: Learn about upcoming events and how you can support Killam. The next meeting is 10/21 at 7pm in the Killam library.
