Wow, what a show—our kiddos were absolutely incredible last night!! If you missed the first show, I hope you are able to catch it tonight!

Thank you all SO much for your generous contributions for a group gift for our fabulous teachers—Ms Beckman, Ms. Sonia, Mrs. Hussey, and Mrs. Iozzo—who poured so much time and energy into this amazing production.

The cast will present these gifts at the end of tonight’s performance. Each teacher will receive a dozen roses and gift cards to Bagel World, Professors Market, and VISA (to spend anywhere), and added a little extra for Ms. Beckman—a Starbucks gift card too.

Hello 5th grade parents,

As the Lion King Jr. performance dates approach, I wanted to reach out and offer to put together “thank you” gifts for our teachers, Ms. Beckman, Ms. Sonia, Mrs. Hussey, and Mrs. Iozzo, who have been so generous with their talents and time over the past few months.

Participation is completely optional, there is no required contribution and any amount contributed is great.

We will present these gifts at the cast party after the final show on Saturday. I hope your kiddos have enjoyed this experience, it’s been such a great opportunity for them all.

Hello everyone,

I am Chrissy Gollwitzer ( Andrew’s mom)  and I will be the lead room parent for  Mrs. Palmieri’s classroom this year.   

A few updates:

The bookfair is coming up next week!   If you would like to volunteer for set up, break down or during the class shopping  time,  Mrs. Palmieri's class is scheduled to attend on Tuesday October 15 at 2:00pm.  You can register here:

A PTO meeting is coming up on 10/22 @7pm.  Learn about upcoming events and how you can support Killam.

One last thing- a packet  of yellow papers went out it the kids folders with details around volunteering and PTO dues.  It is due back on October 11 so take a look and help out if you can! 

Membership toolkit is where all communications from room parents must be sent so appreciate you signing in.  If you see classmates missing, if you could give the parents a nudge to register, that would be really helpful
